    1. Thanks Shilpa... the beauty of these stories is in the unwritten words where the reader participates in the inference of the story . glad that you have participated big time

  3. This is a terrific theme. Have you ever looked up some of the other 6 word stories famous authors wrote? My favorite was Joss Whedon's. I did a post on this a few years back (http://pensuasion.blogspot.com/2011/05/for-bet-ernest-hemingway-once-wrote.html). Awesome!
Happy fist day of the A to Z challenge!

  4. It took me a while to figure out where your entry was, till I read your post on the theme you are following for the challenge :) Brevity has always been an issue for me. I will try out some six word stories too. Your post above has numerous interpretations!

    1. All the best for your 6 word stories Aarthi.. One of the interpretations is that you are tempted to write six word stories too now :-)

  5. I read Hemingway's six words story and thought it was pure genius. This theme is amazing. I always struggle with brevity.

  8. This was a great six-word, and I love the picture to go with it. Subtle, but very effective! Nicely done. :)

  11. Not that familiar with such strict brevity... Guess it will take some time for me to get used to this.. I get involved much in detailing...

    1. True.. This will take some time to adapt.. I am trying this for the first time too.. Compared to some other short stories I have written, these flash fiction stories are demanding a greater effort .. I hope you get used to this taste too soon :-)
